Not receiving contact form OR comment email notifications

My site is at sharonwachsler.com.

I am not receiving email notifications of comments (neither for moderation nor for notification), and I’m also not receiving the contact form notices.

I’m using the Contact Form plugin for contact form. I think I’m using Jetpack for comments.

I found other threads on this problem but they were from several years ago, so I wasn’t clear on how to apply them to my current problem.

I’m using Weaver Pro.
