Not receiving contact form emails

I have looked through the forums but can’t seem to find a solution that works or that i understand. When sending a message through the contact form the ‘thanks for your email …’ message pops up but i never receive anything.

Can you help. It’s not in the spam folder. I have set it up the same as another website i run is but no luck.
