  • Hi @gsrawat,

Check this documentation to find the cause of the issue.

Can you check the other threads please Aditya Shah as I think there is a bug in your recent releases which is putting the wrong email address into the unsubscribe link

    Hi @stuarthurst
The new version is now released with a fix, please update the plugin and let us know if the issue is resolved at your end.

Same issue. Not receiving email confirmation and not receiving post notifications either (I did until rcently). In fact only 1177 subscribers notifications sent, but I have 3680 confirmed subscriptions.

No reply…I gave you 5 stars once, but at this rate, zero would be better…

    Hello antya63, gsrawat,

We have checked on our development environment and it’s working fine.

All people are not facing this issue which means it’s not an issue with the Email Subscriber plugin but something we need to check with your installation and web host.

Can you please go to Email Subscribers > Tools and send a test email and confirm that email send successfully.

If email sent successfully, which means email functionality is working fine..we need to look into little deeper into your system which require your WordPress installation access.

Please also check into the Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Type option. What it set it’s a PHP Mail Or WP Mail?

    Hi Malay,
being short of time, rather than do a ‘test’, I waited for the next published post to see the outcome.

My latest post was published yesterday. In Reports overview, I can see 3711 TOTAL. But then clicking on the Report itself, it shows Viewed 217/1135. Presumably this means that only 1135 emails were sent. Right?

I have subscriptions for ‘myself’ as two separate Gmail addresses: one (set up ages ago, so it’s in the first 100 email subscribers) did NOT receive notification email, the other (added last week) DID. This would indicate to me that post notification cuts off after a certain mumber of subscribers are sent emails, so the ‘older’ subscribers are NOT getting notified.
Perhaps you could look into this at your end and see if there is a bug?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the detailed description.

Let us check from our end and will update you by tomorrow.

Just have a question, did you send email via cron or it was immediate after publishing post?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

Just want to update you that we have tested on our local environment and it seems working.

But, as you clearly mentioned that it’s an issue for you. Let us debug more on this and will update you as soon as we will find an exact cause of the issue.

Hi, just thought I’d inform you that today’s post notification was supposed to be sent to 3755 subscribers (per emailsubscriber count), but in report it shows Viewed 20/257 .

…and I’m still NOT receiving admin confirmation of sent emails, NOR did my email address receive post notification… test email function works…:(
