Not receiving confirmation email

The jetpack subscription form worked for a short time but now no one is receiving a confirmation email. When someone puts their email in the form box it says “An email was just sent to confirm your subscription. Please find the email now and click activate to start subscribing.” but they get no email. The original subscribers still receive new post notifications.
