    What the heck. How are we suppose to know if a potential client is chatting with us?

    Also, is there any way to change the the image of the “house” to our company logo?

    One more thing, We’d REALLY prefer an immediate notification TEXT sent straight to my cell PHONE. Can this be set up to get messages to us via text?

    ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED AS I AM ABOUT TO JUST GIVE UP :/

    There is an option on our chat plugin settings page which allows you to provide your email id. You would receive notification on the provided email id if no support staff is online.

    Yes, the “house” image can be changed by replacing image in plugin’s directory.

    Currently we send notification only via email. Please note that our support version is still in beta.
