Not receiving chat notification in my email

What the heck. How are we suppose to know if a potential client is chatting with us?
Also, is there any way to change the the image of the “house” to our company logo?
One more thing, We’d REALLY prefer an immediate notification TEXT sent straight to my cell PHONE. Can this be set up to get messages to us via text?
ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED AS I AM ABOUT TO JUST GIVE UP :/
