Not Receiving Booking Info Emails

Good day,
I have a problem with the booking emails. I have not received the booking emails with the booking info, while we have received payment email from PayPal for several bookings. So we don’t know what the payment was for.Furthermore, there has not been any booking registered on the website also, only the tests we did.
Can you please help or point me in the right direction to fix this.
