Not receiving Authorization email for the Send From address

I’m new to MailPoet and I’m trying to set up my account. I activated 1 “From email” without issue, but when I added 2 others, I didn’t receive the emails that I need to confirm that they are mine. The help page says that when this happens, I need to contact Mail Poet — but when I go to their contact page, it says the only option for free subscribers is to use this forum.
Really lost here.
