    I’m new to MailPoet and I’m trying to set up my account. I activated 1 “From email” without issue, but when I added 2 others, I didn’t receive the emails that I need to confirm that they are mine. The help page says that when this happens, I need to contact Mail Poet — but when I go to their contact page, it says the only option for free subscribers is to use this forum.

    Really lost here.

    Hello, I still haven’t received them — however, I did speak with my hosting server about not having a junk folder, so they just fixed that. Would it be possible to send it again?

    Can you please advise if you had any DNS-related issues recently?

    I see that emails are bouncing with this error: “unable to route: dns lookup failure”.

    I see that your domain is marked as non-existent on our servers – it can happen if you had some DNS issues and this information got cached.

    It should be resolved after 24hours from now if your DNS is fine.
