Not receiving authorisation email

Hello,
I’ve created a new domain email from which to send my newsletter. However, I’m not receiving the authorisation email from MailPoet. I’ve checked spam and it’s not in there. The email does work as I’ve sent a test email from another account and received it fine.
I initially contacted my web hosting provider about creating a domain email. I created one in cPanel but didn’t receive the authorisation email to my Roundcube inbox. My hosting provider said:
“Your domain uses Google Workspace MX records, meaning emails for the domain are managed through Google Workspace. So, you will need to log in to the Google Workspace platform to create the email accounts.”However, this doesn’t seem to have resolved the issue. Please let me know if there is a solution to this.
