Not receiving any emails from successfully sent tester form

Hey guys,
I’ve just sent a tester contact form through my website https://www.thevida.co.uk, in order to test if i receive the email notification, but i don’t.
I’ve tried a few times and haven’t received any emails.
Can anyone help?
