• Hi,

    I set up the plugin. It was successful and retried all of my lists.

    I chose the list I wanted to and set up the form.

    When I sign up using the form I get a success message saying to check my email for a confirmation.

    The problem is I get no email and am not being added to the list.

    The API calls show the following:

    Result: Green checkmark
    Method: listSubscribe
    Response: N/A

    I talked to MailChimp support and they directed me here for help.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for stopping by the support forum. I’ll be happy to help out with receiving the opt-in email after using the plugin.

    In order for me to troubleshoot this further, I’ll need a little more information. If you can send the username used to access the MailChimp account to [email protected], and then reply back here with a link to the page with the form to let us know to check that inbox, I’ll be happy to dig into this further.
