Not receiving any double opt in email

Hi,
I set up the plugin. It was successful and retried all of my lists.
I chose the list I wanted to and set up the form.
When I sign up using the form I get a success message saying to check my email for a confirmation.
The problem is I get no email and am not being added to the list.
The API calls show the following:
Result: Green checkmark
Method: listSubscribe
Response: N/AI talked to MailChimp support and they directed me here for help.
Any ideas?
