Not receiving an e-mail

After installing the plugin, the feedback button appeared on my site. I seem to be able to enter feedback, but I’m not receiving an e-mail? I’ve tried it with my admin account and with a test account (member).
I’m afraid it might have something to do with the original admin I deleted. Someone else got my domain and host. I was later added as administrator. I wasn’t getting the feedback e-mails so I deleted his account. Tried it again, but still nog getting anything.
So who is supposed to get the e-mail? The original admin? The one with username ‘Admin’? What setting decides this?
