Not Receiving Admin Email Upon New User Registration

We are not able to reproduce this scenario at our test environment. You would like to try keeping only this plugin active just to check if this makes any difference and if some other plugin is causing conflict.

is there WP SMTP plugin you are using in your test env?

Managed to fix the issue by rollback version to 7.12.32

7.12.33 and above, admin email will not be triggered.

Noted down. We will fix it in upcoming releases.
