Not Receiving Admin Email Change

When trying to change the admin email address in the settings I entered the email address of the new admin. The confirmation email didn’t seem to arrive at my email provider Proton’s server. Can you please provide the following technical details:

– Date: (Date/Time of the new admin email confirmation)
– Sender Address: [email info removed by the moderator in accordance with the Forum Guidelines]
– Recipient Address: (WordPress Support can confirm if you entered the correct address on their system)
– Message-ID: (The Message-ID of the new email confirmation)
– SMTP response: (If the email was successfully delivered to Proton, WordPress should have received Proton’s response)
?I have been troubleshooting with Proton and the above was requested.
