    Hi there

    Firstly I am slowly utilizing this plugin on all the websites.

    Now to the problem that i am facing. I failed to see an answer in the forum, hence decided to explain what exactly it’s happening.

    When I test the Email Test option i do get a green tick saying that the email was sent successfully, and also i do receive an email confirmation, but when i do a live test (sending emails from the actual page as in the link attached) i don’t receive anything, even the Thank You message does not appear after the email is send, although all the settings seem to be just right.

    I fail to see where the problem lies hence i need your help.

    Hello @eddievet,

    Would you please check if you got any errors when clicking on the submit button? In addition, can you please check if there are any failed emails on the Email Log? Also, please mentions which email-sending service you have configured with Fluent SMTP.

    1 – Would you please check if you got any errors when clicking on the submit button?

    When email is submitted there are no error, but there isn’t a thank you page displayed neither.

    2 – In addition, can you please check if there are any failed emails on the Email Log?

    When I send emails I don’t get an email log (fluentSMTP)

    3 – Also, please mentions which email-sending service you have configured with Fluent SMTP.

    I am using gmail.

    Also need to mention that this error appears to have started since i have changed servers. But i am not getting any errors anywhere as an indication.

    Hello @ezsplitters,

    Are you getting any failed emails on the email log? If so, please check the Email Log in Fluent SMTP and click on a specific failed email. After that, please select Technical Information as shown in the screenshot and provide us a screenshot of the tab.

    For your use case, you are not getting any failed email on the email log hence the email might not be triggered. To investigate the further issue, we might require temporary admin access to debug further. As a result, I requested you to share the details here so that we can check further.
