    When filling out the form, it sends the mail to the user, but the user’s data does not arrive to the administrator.

    In another test, the auto-reply email that I configured arrived by default and not the one that I configured, reviewed the configuration and it was fine

    What version of cformsII do you use?

    1st paragraph: What is your setup like? Do you use the Cc message option to send the form to “the user”? Does the user receive the correct email content? Does “the administrator” receive an email at all? Or does he receive one with the form’s input missing? (Please check if you activated the option to not include the form data.)

    2nd paragraph: I do not understand the problem. Do you get the wrong text in the auto-reply email?

    1st paragraph:
    I have the BCC field blank.
    Activate auto confirmation option
    The administrator does not receive any mail
    do not activate the option of not including the data of the form.

    2nd paragraph:
    In the automatic response email I receive the text by default, I do not receive the text that I enter

    Do you get the admin mail if you put in the email address that you successfully received an email on?

    Do you have HTML enabled? If so, maybe you see the text part in your mail read instead of the HTML part.

    I resolve this issue now because it is inactive for 3 months. If it still does not work for you, please open another topic.
