• I previously said that the plugin didn’t work. I apologize for being too hasty. I dived in the second time and found out that the plugin did actually work. It may not be as I expected, but it fulfills all everything that the author promised.

    Hi @erwinmiradi,

    Thank you for your message.

Please tell me, did you ask the plugin author about anything before posting your review? I always answer everyone quickly and efficiently. You have the support forum where you can ask and where I will be happy to help you.

Could you please give me your website URL so I can check it out? Is the plugin active all the time?

Below I have attached the tutorial describing how to test the plugin:
    https://mattplugins.com/docs/how-to-test-converter-for-media-plugin

When you post a negative review without asking for help first, there’s really nothing I can do. I didn’t have a chance to check what happened and help you. I think it’s more okay to first try to ask for help, find a solution and clarify the matter. Then of course you can add a review. Please tell me whether you also think this approach is better?

I will be very grateful if we can clear this up. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

    Best,
    Mateusz

    Hi @mateuszgbiorczyk

It actually worked. It may not worked as I expected, it may not be the solution I’m looking for. Nevertheless, the plugin does what it supposed to do. I apologize for being hasty in giving the review.

    Have a wonderful day ??
