sorry for the late response. For some reasons I did not get a notification.
I checked your screenshot and this will be a tough one to fix.
The problem is that there are too many items in the topbar.
And the Screen Meta Buttons are positioned absolute.

The only thing I could think of is to let the user decide where where to show the links by options.
