    There’s one big problem – it’s not really drag and drop. You can rearrange blocks and rows using drag and drop, but you can’t drag and drop a button anywhere on the page. You must first make a row, then add a block within that row. You can’t drag to resize a button, or any other widget/element. However, you can drag and drop to resize a row. The interface is rather cumbersome and unclear. For instance, to set a background image for the whole site, you must – again – set a row, then a block. Pick a background image and then drag to resize that image to take up the whole page. BUT it appears it will not cover the plugin’s footer or header areas, even with margins and padding set to zero.
