Not Ready Yet

Not useable with their customer journeys which was the biggest draw card. I’ve spent literal days with their support team and developers but they can’t fix issues where in customer journeys/automations the latest products aren’t updated. Their integration also pulls products that are still in draft and adds them to the automations. We’ve also added some discount codes into automations using the Mailchimp/WooCommerce block for that and it send emails to our customers without actually adding the discount code despite it displaying in the Mailchimp design. This has cost our client reputation and thousands of dollars in our time to troubleshoot with Mailchimp and try and get it fixed – to no avail. They’re no closer to finding a fix and they can’t even provide an estimate on when it might be fixed. In short, if you want the plugin to only pull email addresses and orders placed into Mailchimp, it does that. Anything else – not working.
