• I successfully made all the arcane connections to youtube with codes and such. At least the app tells me it’s successfully set up. But when I upload a video from within the app on WP it doesn’t upload, or never arrives. No error is given, it seems to go through and never appears. My requests for tech support on the developer site (by email) have been unanswered. The tech support during installation was great, since then, no response.

    The developer’s pushy “reminder” which keeps appearing in the WP interface, kept pestering me for a review, so here it is…

    Thanks for your review. The alert appears at the two week mark, and then shouldn’t appear again.

    Sorry you were having such issues, and were unable to get things working properly.

    Unfortunately, with the overwhelming number of support requests providing free support to all of our users is both unsustainable, and not a great business model.

    I’ve “dismissed” the notice and now left a review and yet, the reminder still persists. Very annoying.

    It would have been nice to bring to our attention, and then left this negative review upon not hearing back.

    Either way, we will continue to work on the plugin.
