Not pulling through time or date info to dashboard

I have installed this plugin as a test prior to purchasing. It is allowing users to pick a time and date for pickup / delivery but it’s not pulling that information through to the order info in the dashboard rendering it pointless. Any advice would be really helpful and can provide images of settings.
