    Hi

    I wonder if anyone can help with this. I loaded the plugin – it’s fab! Easy set up, pulled the first 6 videos or so through perfectly. Set it to sync for 10 hours.
    It’s been over 24 hours since I loaded new videos to my youtube channel and even with manually pressing the re-sync button, it’s not pulling the new videos through.
    I’m not on the pro version but don’t think that has anything to do with it…

    Hi,
    One of the following might causing this
    1. You have some caching plugin which is serving a cached page and it’s cache maybe set to expire after more than 24 hours or so
    2. The new video you added has embedding disabled
    3. The new video is private
    4. There’s some delay on YouTube’s API server (different from normal server)
    5. The video is country restricted
    6. Your server is having temporary connectivity problem with YouTube
    etc.

    BTW, lower the sync interval to 10 minutes or so to make the app try to sync more frequently.

    Hi Afzal, thank you so much for taking the time to suggest fixes.

    I checked on a few of those (at least the ones I knew how to check!) mostly looked fine.
    In the end I just deleted the old shortcode and text that was showing and pasted the shortcode in fresh. This pulled all my videos through. ?? So now I’ll keep an eye on it and see what happens next time I load a new video…

    Have also shortened the sync interval as you suggested.
