Not Pulling In Reviews

    I started with the free version which pulled in the limit of 10 reviews from Ebay. I decided to upgrade to the pro version to pull in over 100 of our reviews from Ebay however it is stuck on saying “downloading” for the last 3 hours!
    Can you please fix this error?

    I see all the reviews in your account.
    The system needs time to download the reviews.
    It’s not an immediate process.
