    Hello

I m using your plugin to pull my writers articles to different blogs I have. Unfortunately, your plugin does not seem to pull the featured image they set. Even when they include the image inside the content, it’s not even pulling this image as a default image despite our settings:

    1) Set first image in content as Featured Image. (Check this to set first image found on every content to be uploaded, attached and made Featured.)

so this makes zero result, no image are pulled at all.

and one other thing, this string is inserted in the post “<imgsrc=”” style=”float:right;” align=”right”>” how to remove this ?

    thank you

  • Hello,

Please take a look at this article, here you will find all the information you need about the featured images.

As for that broken tag, you may have activated the srcset option? if so, try deactivating it.

If after that the problem persists I invite you to create a ticket in our support system to take a better control over your case.

    Regards
    Carlos

    hi,

thats not fixing anything, like i said, despite the fact i checked all options to import featured images, it does not import anything

Just a quickie for anyone else who might drop by:

Try refreshing the feeds and/or deleting them (such as the posts they’re sent to) and trying again (and/or with another different site’s feed in case it’s a problem at the other end with the feed and site-in-question) with the ‘Global Settings for Images’ options selected as per @cjsq24’s support article mentioned in this thread.

In my case, the other ‘Global Settings for Images’ options didn’t seem available until I selected the option there that seemed counterintuitive, but then more options opened up– as per the aforementioned support article.

A log out and then back in might help as well, and/or clearing the cache and similar things like that.

I am completely new to it but, so far, great plugin by the way.
