Not Publishing – Hangs

    I just installed this plugin to test it out for a client. I uploaded the image and hit publish… but it never completes. I just see the in-progress animation (circle of dots) rotating. It’s been like 5 minutes now, so I’m guessing it won’t complete.

    I left the page and tried to add it to a tour again — same result.

    Any ideas why this would be? I don’t see any errors in the console.

    Our developers think that it’s an Ajax error.

    Can you please open the console and submit again?

    If you see any error messages, give it to us.

    It will be really helpful for us to solve the issue.

    I did actually check that before — and did again now. There are no errors in the console. I can send you a screencast if you’d like. I will send directly to you.
