Not Properly Inserting

    Hello,
    I am using your plugin from last 3 years and its working great but now a days I am confused, I use Middle Ad but its not showing in middle, its showing near to bottom. Also some times ads dont show as well. What is the issue?

    Could you please tell us which version you use now? Please, make sure that you use v2.2 and clear cache.
    Could you please provide examples of pages? Does it insert in a wrong place on all pages or only on some of them?
    v2.2 works in the same way as older versions.
