Has a problem where only the buttons appear. Not the cart info.

The sticky post here refers you to use the live chat support on their website but no place is there a way to initiate live chat on the website.

On top of that there is no clear simple way to contact anyone by email or even a form.

If you ask me this dev isn’t very interested in supporting the product just look at all the unanswered posts here.

It appears he’s just using this to gain extra presence to sell his services.

The lack of assistance on this product should be a warning to those considering his services.

Too bad it looks pretty good.

Those unresponded support forums have already been solved before or fixed on live chat.

Thank you for the quick reply. I figured out the first problem. The plugin requires Ajax add to cart enabled in WooCommerce settings. May want to note that some place. Next issue is how themes short code is used?

I purchased the plugin once I got it working.

Thank you again… ps I still don’t see a chat icon on your site?

Themes shortcode? Sorry i don’t get that.

Was tired meant the menu shortcode [xoo_cp_cart] not the theme.

I found a plugin that allows use of shortcakes in menus and that worked. How is the shortcode meant to be used if that’s not correct.

Any way I got it all straightened out and I’m very happy with the results.

Please have a look the result is very nice https://blackberryprimitives.com/product-category/patterns-kits/newly-released/

I’m using the add to cart pop up and the MY Cart nav button is the shortcode with modifications.

I also modified the pop up a bit to fit the site better.

I managed to muddle through it…

So for those looking for answers…

If you’re only seeing the bottom portion (the buttons only and no cart items)
Go to your Woocommerce Settings > Products > General
Add to cart behavior and make sure Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives is enabled (checked)

To use the menu cart shortcode [xoo_cp_cart]
Install this plugin “Shortcode in Menus”
You will have a new menu item available in your Appearance > Menu editor called “Shortcode”
Give your menu item a title and add the shortcode in the description field.
Add the item to your navigation.
