Not Printing Flash movie files anymore

I have the Print button displayed on several pages of our website. It used to work on all; however, it has stopped working on a page that displays Flash (I don’t know when). When you hit the print button, the dialog box comes up but only the buttons on the page display, not the content of the flash file.
It used to work! Please help.
