Hi there! I already installed the plugin, created an api key at print node, also had installed the windows app the client pc. I including can seed the orders registeered and alegally printed at the log. Its a woocommerce site, installed under a win7 desktop with a termic printer. Already checked to ad the printer online at the api, it is printing technilly right, but nothing is showed up printed, only the test page I’ve printed acessing by my cellphone also by the desktop. I have already a print plugin installed called invoice and delivery notes for woocommerce running. We are very interested to buy the plan for more than 50 invoices month, but still at free trial. please help me, Im not an english natve and not so advanced in coding web designer. Thanks a lot!

Hi there,

Please make sure you’ve configured the plugin as shown here: https://printus.cloud/docs-category/config/

Please make sure you’ve selected a Template and saved your changes, also, make sure you’ve selected your printer in the plugin’s “General Settings” and save your changes.

If you still are not getting any order prints then make sure you’ve selected the appropriate “Print Trigger”. Try setting it to “Checkout complete” and perform a test order again.

Thanks for responding! I already checked all the troubleshooting. All of that I did before. Considering that the printing is at the log, whats can be happening?

Just to confirm, when you place the order on the website, you see that the order comes in at the Printnode “print something” area logs? As shown here?: https://pasteboard.co/BryfzBW6rcS8.png

Sure, it come to my attention specially because de order number is registered right and automatically. The printer is printing normally, the template is also saved. The test runned frm my cell phone. So it seems to be all right, but is not printint automatically. Here is the log print report. The order number is a test that matches the order number.

dear friend, recently discovered that at the order page, the windows of printus is showing. It appears without the template setting. I’ve selected manually the data and got print on this. It remotly since my home office and the printing was made at the shop, within 3km away from here. I attached bellow here the order printed and also the order page to enrich this asking for help. Note that the template data is not being saved at the print order page, maybe about that, the printing is not being done automaticly

Can you please send a screenshot of your Printus “General Settings”? Did you try setting the trigger to “Checkout Complete”?

Please also go to WP Dashboard-> WooCommerce-> Status-> Logs and in the “Sources” dropdown, see if there is an entry for “Printus.

If there is, switch to it and check if there are any logs from Printus

Yes i’ve tryed already all kinds off triggers, none worked. Note: it is running inder a win7 desktop computer. But program client is working, since I can print remotly. Above the printing required:

Please switch to the “Checkout Complete” trigger, than try a test order and see if it prints.

If it doesn’t, then please check the logs again and see if there’s any new log for the current day from Printus.
