    Hey… trying this plugin but it’s not posting names to the list, and I don’t see a way to post tags to the list at the same time… I have the two conditions properly enabled from the sticky post, but it’s not working. I need support help to troubleshoot this… I am not a “coder” and just want the thing to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Current version of the plugin does not support tags with regards to the API.

    Regarding the rest of the issue, some checks to make

    Are you enabling the opt-in for the form in question? If no, you will need to.
    Are you hiding the opt in checkbox on the frontend if enabled? If yes, this is a needed setting for compliance reasons.
    Have you made sure you’ve successfully connected your Constant Contact account to the website?
    Have you tried with the CRON bypass checked? It’s available in the settings area for the plugin. CRON jobs being stuck have been a hindrance enough for us to offer a bypass option.

    Yes, tried both ways and neither worked…

    Also, in the control panel, my lists fro Constant Contact have been duplicated several times and I have no idea why.

    Are there known conflicts with other plug-ins? We use wordfence, postman smtp and others… I have to get this resolved… I have ad campaigns that are waiting for this to happen.

    Sorry, been doing some traveling this week to visit family. Please forgive delay in responses. No known conflicts with other plugins that we are presently aware of.

    Not sure what may be up with the duplication of lists, truth be told. First I’ve seen that issue reported.

    It seems like likely something else regarding the API requests are failing for some reason and right now someone would need to go in a bit deeper with this case to find out why.

    Note that I likely won’t have my usual full computer with internet until maybe Thursday night at the earliest.

    Hey Michael… still have no resolution for this. Any thoughts? I really want to get this resolved so I can get my ads going… thanks.
