Installed plugin and works, but I can only choose interval of 2 hour and then it will not post, I need to post manually by clicking re-share.

Done this WP_CRON – enabled – still no update.

So you enabled WP_CRON and the automatic resharing is still not working? Can you confirm that after enabling WP_CRON you activated and deactivated the Content Resharer account to reset the automatic sharing?
Yes, entered it in to wp-config
I deactivated account & plugin- then reactivated it..

As you can see the Featured Product is the reshare and we need to do this manually.

@kjbenk I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.
Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

Thanks for the information and moderating the forums ?? You are correct in assuming that I am only trying to help since I am unable to replicate this error on any of our test servers. This the first time I received this warning so I know not to post that kind of message again.
As for how to help this customer, can I refer them to talk privately to us so we can continue the conversation off the forum? As in how I can I better help EthicalStores without violating the terms of service on this forum?
There’s so many ways to get the info you need to examine this problem. ??

It can be used to generate information about your installation. It has good info and really is harmless, you can share that data via a temporary URL.
For example, here’s mine.

See? Harmless. ?? But it can provide a list of your plugins and PHP settings. That may help sort out this issue for you.

Thanks again for the information and the resources. Hopefully that will be enough to better diagnose the problem and fix the issue.
If that doesn’t work then there’s the tried and true process of elimination.
- Switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme
- Deactivate all of your plugins, except this one
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Re-login and visit the post editor to make a test post
- Confirm if the plugin worked or not
Do you still get the problem when you do that?
Thanks again for the information Jan. This is our normal process of debugging but most people do not have the ability to just deactivate all there plugins and change themes, unless they have a testing environment.
That’s just a compromise those people have to accept if they’re posting for support on forums. Forum volunteers can’t debug their issues for them via the forums, people asking for help have to debug issues themselves.
The issue we have is people using the forums to solicit private support to get to a situation where someone else can debug issues for them.

If this person was a customer then they should never have been posting on the www.remarpro.com forums for support with your commercial services/ products. You can forward the customer onto your private support services straight away.

What I meant was a user not a customer, so just someone who downloaded this plugin from the repository.
Anyways I was not currently aware that we are not able to provide private support via these forums. Do you have some more detailed documentation on this matter? I would love to go over this in more detail to help me understand how I can better serve our users and be within the WordPress forum guidelines ??
