    Hello,
We have two WordPress websites and we uploaded the Constant Contact Plugin for both sites. On one, it is working perfectly (except there are no confirmation emails but that’s okay). On the other (and unfortunately, more important website), it is not working. For the one that is not working, the contacts never appear on our Constant Contact lists and there is no confirmation email sent.

I have compared all of the plugins for both sites, and then took turns deactivating the ones that were different for each site to see if it was another plugin blocking it.

I read through this forum and followed the guidelines presented for this issue. I added the opt-in box for the form and I bypassed CRON.

The form appears as it should when it is added to a page using the ctct form (but does not actually submit to CC): https://esmmweighless.com/request-a-demo/

The actual page for the form shows a “page does not exist” warning: https://esmmweighless.com/ctct_forms/request-free-demo/

Please let me know if there is more information I can provide. Thank you for your help!

Submitted to it and can confirm I have not received an email about it yet. The entry for me will be pretty obvious in that I mention “Constant Contact Support” if it shows up.

Would you be willing to contact [email protected] so that we could take some more in-depth support to private? Provide a subject line of “CTCT Forum support for Michael” and we can continue there.

Thank you Michael! Yes, I will send an email so we can look more in depth. Thank you for your quick reply.

Did this ever resolve itself, or are you still waiting for more information from us?

Thank you for checking back- it ended up still not working even after they went into the account to take a look around. So we have just taken this off our site for now. Thank you!
