    Hi

    We moved our website to WordPress hosting at 34SP and since then Revive Old Post has stopped automatically posting to our social media channels.

    I can click to See Sample Post and then click Share now and it posts OK.

    34SP have WP Cron disabled and have the following in the wp-config.php

    define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);

    But they have replaced it with a server Cron and say it should work just like WP Cron.

    They suggest that maybe there is a conditional in the plugin code that disables the schedule if define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true); is found.

    Whereas in fact because the server cron replaces WP Cron the schedule should be able to run.

    We don’t want to enable Alternative Cron, and method 2 in this document https://docs.themeisle.com/article/687-fix-revive-old-post-not-posting doesn’t seem to apply either.

    To be honest, this is all somewhat over my head so I’d appreciate any help you can give.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, that’s strange, if they setup a server-side cron then there should be no issue, please try the Alternate cron and let us know how it goes, if you still have issues please send us a ticket here: https://revive.social/support/
