Not possible to work right
-
After several weeks and many hours of trying to give it life, I gave up! This plugin is absolutely bad. Everything with the plugin is bad, nothing works. When the plugin notices that 0 out of 110 is zero and finds that an error has occurred, it also writes that there are no solutions to the problem. In short, the plugin is completely useless.

Hi @frantem,
I’m sorry to hear about your experience. However, I’m confused about the issue you’re experiencing and specifically about the notice from the plugin that says “there are no solutions to the problem”.
I believe there’s some mixup as there’s no such notice from the plugin. Additionally, all issues related to the plugin can be resolved – you can see that from the support threads.
If you’ll give us a chance, we’d be happy to help resolve the issue you’re seeing. Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue and share your site’s system status report? (You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into our https://Quickforget.com service and send that secret link our way. Please extend the expiry time)
I am sorry, i have everything in CZech language, so maybe it is my problem with my translation. Report is here: https://quickforget.com/s/b476313c14ec884120a480af39c5c111d47bed07bdafd273 all cron action are failed and I can’t find any option where it can be set. In connection page for Pinterest Plugin it says everything: “…sucessufly synced…” nothing more. ?? account is connected and verifed.
Hi @frantem ,
Thank you for your response.
all cron action are failed and I can’t find any option where it can be set.
Are the failed cron actions related to Pinterest for WooCommerce? Please share a screenshot so that I can what you’re describing. Additionally, from your site dashboard go to Marketing > Pinterest and share a screenshot of that page.
You can share screenshots using https://snipboard.io. Follow the instructions on the page and share the screenshot link here.
In connection page for Pinterest Plugin it says everything: “…sucessufly synced…” nothing more. ?? account is connected and verifed.
This suggests Pinterest for WooCommerce is working as expected. Is there any specific Pinterest issue you’re seeing? For instance, are your products not synced to Pinterest? We need to know the exact issue you’re seeing to better assist you.
I sent it i my last comment with file named: “Snímek obrazovky” (under text report). That it’s a “screenshot” ?? Woocommerce – Marketing – Pinterest. As You can see, XML is generated, setting is set, but sync have problem “Chyba odpovědi. Zpráva o?kanálu neobsahuje ?ádné postupy kanálu.”
Hi @frantem,
Haha… it was hidden in plain sight.
From the screenshot, the plugin has generated your product feed as expected but Pinterest isn’t ingesting it.
To help us better assist you, please provide the following:
- Temporarily change your admin language to English and re-share the screenshot. I’d like to see the screenshot in English so I can get the exact error shown. (Context is lost in translation in most cases)
- Share your Pinterest username
- Share the Pinterest for WooCommerce log – you can find it in WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Check the dropdown for the latest log titled
pinterest-for-woocommerce
(Please note that “Debug Logging” has to be enabled in Marketing > Pinterest > Settings, at the bottom of the page for the log to be recorded).
Rest assured we’ll be able to help further once we have the requested information.
Ok, thank You, so now in english… my “czech english” ??

Hi @frantem,
Thanks for the additional information. Please try the following:
- Go to Marketing > Pinterest > Settings
- Uncheck the box for “Enable product sync”
- Check the box “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
- Go to the Connection tab on ?Marketing > Pinterest and disconnect your account by clicking on “Disconnect”
- Deactivate and delete the “Pinterest for WooCommerce” extension.
- Next, Reinstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce” in Plugins > Add new
- Restart and complete the Pinterest onboarding
- Wait for 24 hours for Pinterest to approve the catalog and confirm if that resolves the issue.
No changes… https://snipboard.io/y0hE4i.jpg
Hi @frantem,
We’re in touch with Pinterest for additional insights. We’ll let you know as soon as we have additional information.
In the meantime, could you help me understand the type of products on your site? Your site’s system status report suggests they are 116 products but 230 products were added to the Pinterest feed file. There’s no mention of product variations on your site system status, do you by any chance have variable products? (Just trying to be sure of what’s going on).
Hi, It’s more likely to be another one of the plugin bugs, as I haven’t added any new products in the past few days. I don’t have product variants. I went through the generated XML file. There are 115 products in it.
Thanks for confirming. We’re looking into this and will let you know the next steps.
Hi @frantem,
This interaction slipped through the cracks. I apologize for the oversight.
Could you please confirm if there’s been any changes or if you’re still seeing the same problem?
Now i have 4 errors for each product (128 errors, 378 warrnings)…
Error: Catalogs can’t find your main image for this line. If the issue continues with your next update, visit our Help Center to find a solution.
Warnings: The condition of the item is missing. The column is optional but we encourage users to specify the value as: ‘new’, ‘NEW’, ‘used’, ‘USED’, ‘refurbished’, or ‘REFURBISHED’.
Warnings: google_product_category is missing from product metadata. The column is optional but we encourage users to specify the value and follow the correct Google Product Category taxonomy.
Warnings: Catalogs can’t find additional images for this line. If the issue continues with your next update, visit our Help Center to find a solution.
This error and three warnings appear for all products in the pinterest plugin error report table, which is 25 pages long.
Edit: For XML file is now used “256 products of 128” ??

Hi @frantem, thanks for getting back to me.
Error: Catalogs can’t find your main image for this line. If the issue continues with your next update, visit our Help Center to find a solution.
This looks like something that’d be caused by a server block. If it’s the exact error as on this thread, you should definitely contact your web host to look into it. (It’d explain why your products haven’t been syncing all along)
These 2 errors point specifically to the Pinterest product condition and Google product category not being assigned. Here’s how to fix it: https://d.pr/v/Q81KWy
(For variable products, expand each variant and you’ll find the option.
After fixing the issues, you’d have to allow 24 hours for Pinterest to pull your product feed. Please work on this and let me know how it goes.
Hmm, amazing. As i say. Plugin not work… and now i know, plugin not work beacuse Pinterest not work…
54.236.1.13 and 54.236.1.11 is blocked.
“We do not provide exceptions, scanning by these crawlers causes significant problems on the server.” – WEDOS… so it’s time to uninstall this bad plugin and at the same time stop any action with Pinterest.
