• Hello,

I have your plugin installed to my client’s site and it was working fine till about the last 2 updates.
It is a free version and there is 2 admin currently on the page. One is me as the designer and the other one is my client. When installed I could change from the dropdown who should be the agent answering the chats but lately the dropdown is empty.

    Here is a screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/n7ewo4otxtnk5l1/Screen%20Shot%202019-04-29%20at%2021.41.37.png?dl=0

I thought maybe it is caching or an issue the next update will fix but it is still blank.
Do you have any idea why the dropdown option disappeared? How can I add her back as a live chat admin instead of me.

Thank you for the support ahead and for the great plugin!

  • Hi @vikiniki,

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

This is definitely not normal behaviour. Could I ask if you are making use of any custom user role plugins?

Are you aware that our Pro add-on is now free of charge? As such, I would like to recommend that you download the Pro add-on here: https://wp-livechat.com/features/ – As this will allow you to add multiple agents without the need for the dropdown selection.

    I hope this helps?

    Hi @dylanauty,

Thank you for the quick answer.
I didnt know that the pro add-on is for free now, it was something my client wanted to progress but as a start-up there is literally no money for it.

Thanks a lot and keep up the great work!!
