Not possible to place an order

Hi!
Currently when filling in the Tax Exempt ID it is not possible to place an order.
A message appears that says something like: Error: unable to process your order. Please try again. (translated from Dutch)
Any idea how to go about this??
I use Woocommerce 2.2.2 and your latest plugin version.
