• I need something which I can manually include (or exclude) on a per post basis. This plugin as far as I could understand doesn’t allow this, so for me it’s pretty much useless.

Additionally, as far as I could see, it’s not possible to chose fonts in the chat system.

    Hi Torgut,

You can hide the chat box from your pages (posts) by clicking on Settings from the left menu in your LiveSupporti dashboard > Filters > Enable filters > Add page > select your page rule and URL > click on Update button. For example, you can hide the chat box from all pages which contains the word “test product”.

You can change the size of the fonts by clicking on Appearance > Colors > under Closed chat box, just drag the slider under “Font size”. You can do the same under System, Client and Agent message.

I am aware of that. It’s a common feature in plugins of the same category but it’s not sufficient. What should be done was a filtering based on the taxonomy. Thought it would be basic. After all, we are dealing with WordPress and categories and/or tags are the common way to differentiate posts. Either that or even the option to chose on each post even the chat would be available or not. But for some reason chat plugins don’t allow that but that’s what we need.

Thanks for the hint regarding the font. I honestly didn’t notice that.
