Not possible to delete Pods on Multisite

Version 2.9.8

Its currently not possible to delete any Pods Custom Post Type after creating.
This happend only on any Multisite Instance.

If you want to delete any custom field in the pod it says: Detele failed. Try again?
If you want to delete the pod there comes a sql-database error message:
DELETE FROM wp_5_podsrel WHERE ( pod_id = 0 AND item_id = 336 ) OR ( related_pod_id = 0 AND related_item_id = 336 ); Response: Table ‘mydatabase.wp_5_podsrel’ doesn’t exist

There is no wp_5_podsrel table!! Only the main wp_podsrel!
