    Hi,

Thank you very much for the great plugin. My only problem is, that we use popup windows for the subscription form and the x for close is inactive. It is not possible to close the windows, esc button works for close, but this solution is not visible for the users.

Please be so kind and let me know, how can I fix it.

    Thank you very much!

  • Hello,

Thanks for writing. Sorry about the problem with your popup window. I checked on the site, and it’s true there’s a problem with the popup. But it’s because a (unseen) portion of the navigation header is overlapping on the popup window so users are unable to click on the close button.

It’s not caused by the MailPoet form. The overlapping element is a div tag with a class of ‘logo_container’. You can fix this with some custom CSS.

If you need further assistance with this, kindly contact us via email. We’ll be happy to help you.

    ?Thanks,

    Good day!

Faced the same issue, no popup close button. Additional CSS parameter edits are simply ignored. How to fix this bug?

While I was waiting for an answer to the question, I received a negative review from the client, the presence of a button to close the window is required! I have to remove the plugin and put a minimum rating
