Not possible to add custom icon – YES i read a FAQ

Well… after 2h tryin i decidet to write down my issue here.
allow_url_fopen = onWhen tryin to upload custom icon = Some Error Occured During Upload Custom Icon and thats it.
png and jpg …both the same
