Not popping up in Safari, or Mobile (works on chrome desktop)

Hello,
I have installed some Gravity Forms using the Pop-up Maker plugin. They are working well in chrome (desktop), but not in Safari (Desktop), and not on Mobile either browser.
I am not sure why, i have more or less exhausted what I think are possibilities.
