Not popping unless logged in

    Hi, If you look in the table, under Level 1, there should be popups in the “translation” column.
    They do pop-up when logged in (as admin) but don’t show at all when not logged in

    Would you be able to help please?

    Thanks for reaching out to us…

    If you are using any cache plugin, please clear the cache properly and check. I think this is a cache issue.

    Can you please explain which popup you are creating so we can better understand…

    Hi,

    There’s no cache plugin installed on this website. The pop-ups are in a table generated by TablePress, could that be related? But also, why would they work when logged in then?

    To view the issue, visit the page aforementioned, in the first table Level 1, under the “Translation” column (right hand side), click any “Play” icon in that column. They should all open a pop-up

    Please you can create a test page add our shortcode and check the test page…

    This is a conflict OR cache issue please you are one by one all plugins are active and deactivate and check…

    Hi,

    Just in case it might help someone else in the future, the issue was with TablePress caching the content.

    To resolve, simply add cache_table_output=false in your shortcode like [table id=”123″ cache_table_output=false /]

    This solved my problem
