Not plug and play!

  • I thought I’d bite the bullet and upgrade to 9x. So last night I deactivated 8.x, deleted it and installed 9.x. After activating it, I went to the settings page where I noted that I had to create an empty page on my site and then select that page. Did that, reviewed other settings that seemed fine (it still seemed to know about my old tickets, which is good), saved everything and, NOTHING.

    The page where I’m supposed to see the tickets is just empty.

    So what did I forget to do?

    This plugin is almost plug and play! Just activate it and then go to WP Support Plus menu. You will learn automatically.

  • It is to a certain degree. Did you insert the short code?

    The old short code doesn’t work (I tried that just in case).
    If there is a new short code, I’ll try that but I don’t know what it is since there’s no documentation. It’s also my understanding that if you use the mechanism where you give it a page to use, then you’re not supposed to need to enter anything
