not picking up latest post

    Hi there, I just wondered if you could check if my feed looks OK? We re-connected it on Thursday but it’s not picking up the last post. I’ve deactivated all plugins and turned off the server cache to check for any conflicts

    It’s picking up
    ‘CALLING ALL VAN DRIVERS – WE NEED YOU…’ as the last post, when in fact it should be:

    ‘ATTENTION ALL!!!!
    We have the exciting opportunity for people to join our welcoming, friendly and fantastic office team.’

    Hey @macpheek,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. First, please try going to Facebook Feed > Settings > Feeds and click Clear All Caches and clear all website caches as well. If it still does not display the latest post please send us a support request on our website here.

    This will allow you to include the System Info found in the plugin’s Help section found in the top right of the settings page. This will let our Technical Support Representatives further troubleshoot the issue for you.
