I’m trying to use this plugin across a multi-site network, and it’s not picking up any of the deliberate accessibility issues I put in this test page. It’s saying 100% passed tests. Does it not work on multi-site setups?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @suzyshipman,

Are you using any password protection or site maintenance plugins on the site?

    Hi @stevejonesdev,

No, these are the only plugins I’m using:

    Accessibility Checker
    Advanced Custom Fields
    BackWPup
    Contact Form 7
Contact Form 7 Extension For Mailchimp
    Health Check & Troubleshooting
    Jetpack
    Lightweight Accordion
    NS Cloner – Site Copier
    Polylang
    Redirection
    Unconfirmed

I believe something is blocking the plugin from being able to scan the frontend HTML.

    Hi Suzy,

Thanks for your patience. We did get it and it’s very helpful. Steve’s been out on vacation but is back getting into the swing of things and we’re hoping to have more information and a resolution for you soon.

    Hello everyone,

I have the same problem. We have a multisite with several themes. We installed Accessibility Checker in one of our site, and it generated so many contrast errors and almost all of them were picking up from admin interface. So I removed the contrast error rule, and we ended up with four broken skip or anchor link error. When I clone the same site with the same, it doesn’t generate any error. Even when I deleted removed rule scipt. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Pirouz

@pirouz42 can you share a link to the web page that is giving you the broken skip link errors?

@suzyshipman are you still having issues getting the plugin to find errors?

I am still having issues. I was waiting for you to get back to me. I sent the info you requested. Amber confirmed receiving it, but nobody came back to me with any resolution to this.

    Hi @suzyshipman,

Can you update to the latest version 1.3.3 and let us know if it’s now scanning errors property. I believe the issue is the database tables failed to generate. We’ve since added a check for the database tables and if they don’t exists to create them.

    Thanks,

    Steve
