Not permit trying the WordPress user database as a fallback.

  • How to solve this issue? I can configure my database different but I don’t really know how for fix that problem.

    WordPress throw me this error:

    Simple LDAP Login: Simple LDAP Login could not authenticate your credentials. The security settings do not permit trying the WordPress user database as a fallback.

    Any hint? What I must to change?

    It’s possible that be a problem of server configuration because I checked all different kind configurations. My last configuration:

    Enable LDAP Authentication:	checked
Account Suffix:	@example.com
Base DN:	 OU=People,DC=example,DC=com
Domain Controller(s):	 example.com
Open LDAP (and etc): checked

    Also ‘uid’ in field ‘LDAP Login Attribute’ on ‘Advanced’ tab.

    On server, I changes the value of boolean like this: setsebool -P httpd_can_connect_ldap 1

    But I don’t know how to solve yet. Now I it’s thinking to resolve user and pass for a long time but nothing.
