• I integrated a courier platform/partner with woocommerce and it is showing successfully connected from both ends. But when i make order on my site, my orders are not reflecting on their dashboard even after woocommerce are reflecting their order (update, delete) webhooks urls.

    According to the courier partner, woocommerce is not performing required actions even after connecting successfully and it is a rare case.

    Not sure, what is going wrong.. Need help!!

    It’s possible that this may be caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly a third-party plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
    – Temporarily switch your theme back to a default?theme, such as Storefront.
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and your courier plugin (if you have it).
    – Clear your browser cache, and the cache on your site if you have one there.
    – Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.

    If the problem still occurs when all plugins are deactivated, you’ll need to ask for more details from the courier partner about what’s not going right exactly (what “required actions” are they referring to, for example).

    i did exactly, disabled all plugins, switched theme and placed order but still it didnt work. I consulted with my courier partner, they have also contacted woocommerce about this and instructed me same what you said but nothing worked.

    Meanwhile, I checked my woocommerce status and found some plugins saying “Installed version not tested with active version of WooCommerce 4.7.1” and there is a plugin in scheduled actions which is processing and its scheduled date is shown 1 month 3 weeks ago. Is this could be a reason ?
