Not passing UTM cookies to Gravity Form

I’m having an issue similar to “UTM Grabber not Picking Data from Cookies in Gravity Form.” The cookies are being created, but they’re not being passed to the hidden fields in Gravity Form. It was working in our staging environments, but when I copied everything to production it quit working. Sometimes it will pass the cookie values if you submit the form multiple times, but it never passes the cookies with the first form submission. We are having this issue with 2 sites:
