Not Parallax

    Hey,
    My header image is not parallax, it moves with the text.

    Also, how do I disable to sidebar menu?

    I apologize, it was just not parallax because I was logged in as the adminstrator, but my question regarding the sidebar still stands.

    Why is there no theme options under appearance?
