Not paid Klarna order dont get off status waiting for payment

    HI,

    When a custommer starts an order payment with Klarna and dont finish the order normally the order automaticly cancelled after some time. But since some time the order stays on waiting for payment and i get this error :

    Order contains Mollie payment method, but no valid Mollie order ID. Cancel order failed.

    Can anyone please help how i can solve this?

    It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue with Klarna payments not being automatically canceled and receiving the error message: “Order contains Mollie payment method, but no valid Mollie order ID. Cancel order failed.”

    I suggest the following steps to resolve this issue:

    Configure a custom expiry time for Klarna in the payment method settings. This might help in automatically canceling orders after a specific period if the payment is not completed.
    Disregard the error message if the above step resolves the issue and the orders start getting canceled automatically.

    If the problem persists, I suggest reaching out to Mollie support for further assistance with the Mollie logs file.

      You will find the setting on the Klarna Payment settings page in the WooCommerce Payment settings.

      I ssee both are on 10 minutes bit still het same error. With this error woocommerce dont cancel te pending orders.
